Returns & Refunds Policy

At Skye Financial LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Amazon FBA Orders

All orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) are subject to Amazon’s standard return policy.

Customers may request a return or refund directly through their Amazon account within the timeframe allowed by Amazon.
Amazon manages the return, inspection, and refund process on our behalf according to their guidelines.

2. Direct Orders (Non-Amazon Sales)

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us before returning your item.

5. Return Shipping

For Amazon FBA orders, return shipping is handled directly by Amazon.
For direct (non-Amazon) sales, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
